Irene Y. Young

Irene Y. Young is an NIA-registered Immigration Consultant (License #2) with decades of experience in immigration consulting. She has been a key figure in VICK, McPHEE & YOUNG Consultants Ltd. (VMY), serving as Partner & President (1994-2000) and later as Sole Proprietor (2000-present).

Since 1990, Irene has played an active role in the Taiwan (R.O.C.) Immigration Consultants Association (TICA), holding multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director, Vice Chairwoman, and Honorary Vice Chairwoman.

She has also contributed to immigration policy development through her involvement in key committees:

• EU Immigration Affairs Committee (2016-present) – Member & Convener
• U.S. Immigration Affairs Committee (1995-present) – Member & Deputy Convener
• Canadian Immigration Affairs Committee (1990-2008) – Member & Convener

Her leadership and expertise have significantly influenced Taiwan’s immigration consulting industry and its international collaborations.
