Re-Thinking Global Mobility – How a Legacy Mindset and Community Collaboration will help our Industry Build Back Better

Time:  Thursday, October 1   2:15 pm – 3:15 pm BST

Speakers:

Description:

The global mobility industry and our current economy is navigating a period of unprecedented crisis. Despite this, instead of devoting our time to surviving through these challenging times, are there ways we can thrive in a new post-pandemic world by reimagining a new economic narrative? How can we build back better for future generations?

We will consider what the options are for the next economy and what can be done to put human wellbeing and environmental regeneration at the core of our business philosophy. The World Economic Forum has proposed ‘The Great Reset’ as a starting point to rebuild. Can we apply a Doughnut shaped economic model in business (already adopted by major cities such as Amsterdam and Copenhagen) as a solution in global mobility and why is it a playful but serious approach to addressing the post-pandemic challenge.

We will explore the role and purpose of community collaboration and a caring culture within our industry that can foster global interconnectedness and creativity for new and alternative business ideas.

Finally, we will examine how businesses need to continue with long-term strategies, emotionally intelligent practice management and a legacy mindset to outlast the current crisis and remain brilliant and resilient in the years to come.
