40,000 new quotas available for seasonal workers
The new quotas will cover part of the applications already presented with the Decreto Flussi of 2022. The text of the new supplementary decree has been official pubblished in the gazette.
The supplementary decree provides for additional 40,000 quotas, intended entirely for entries for seasonal work in the agricultural tourism and hotel sectors. It will be valid for applications already submitted until 14 August 2023 within the scope and according to the procedures established by the Decreto Flussi of 2022.
Applications will then be processed according to the chronological order of arrival (on a first come first served basis), starting from the click day of last March.
These additional quotas should help covering the needs of the above mentioned sectors.
