Most popular Italian cities for Startups are Rome (where there are more than 20 incubators and many VC established) and Milan (as the Italian business centre), but also Turin, Bologna, Naples host many Startups.
However, speaking at European level, Italy has not been the most popular country to establish a Startup. Yet, in order to attract new talent, Italian government has implemented new investment programs, including also the Italian Startup Act, which is developed by the Ministry of Economic Development in order to incentivize and ease investments in Italy.
