Davide De Rosa

Davide De Rosa is an international corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in cross-border disputes, commercial arrangements, and complex transactions involving Hong Kong, China, Europe, and particularly Italy. For over 20 years, he has advised businesses, investors, and multinational organisations on matters of significant legal and commercial importance across diverse industries, with a strong focus on EU–Asia relations.

Before relocating to Hong Kong, Davide practised as a corporate and commercial lawyer in Milan, where he developed substantial expertise in international business law. Today, he assists foreign investors and companies in navigating cross-jurisdictional legal and commercial challenges, supporting their growth and operations across multiple markets.

A respected speaker and trusted adviser, Davide regularly presents to multinational business communities, trade associations, and industry groups, sharing insights on legal, regulatory, and commercial developments affecting European and Asian markets, particularly those involving Italy.

Davide earned his Law Degree in Italy and qualified as a lawyer in Milan. He subsequently obtained his qualification in England & Wales through The University of Law in London. He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and is admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales.

In addition to his legal practice, Davide has served for over 10 years as President and Executive Committee member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macao and as Europe Committee Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, further strengthening commercial ties between Italy and the Asia-Pacific region.

Davide is fluent in both Italian and English.
