マルコ・マッツェスキ
Marco Mazzeschi is one of the leading corporate immigration lawyers in Italy. Admitted to the Milan Bar Association (1988) and to the Taipei Bar Association (2016), admitted arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association (Taipei, 2016). He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). In addition, he serves on the editorial board of the scientific journal Asian Business Research. Furthermore, Marco was a visiting lecturer at the School of Law of Shandong University of Finance and Economics in Jinan. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Chinese Culture University in Taipei from 2018 to 2022.
As the founder of Mazzeschi Srl, and with over 30 years of experience in corporate immigration and commercial law, Marco Mazzeschi is widely recognized in the immigration industry. In fact, he is considered an absolute top name and was highlighted as “the most prominent attorney in Italy” by Who’s Who Legal’s Corporate Immigration 2019: Analysis. Furthermore, he was the most highly recommended immigration lawyer in Italy in WWL’s 2018 research.
He is a graduate of the University of Siena, Faculty of Law (1985), and later obtained a postgraduate diploma in administrative law at the Academy of Public Administration (1995). In addition, Mazzeschi served as an officer in the Italian Fiscal Police from 1986 to 1987.
He worked for 20 years in some of the largest Italian law firms. In 2007, he founded Mazzeschi Srl, a boutique firm specialized in business immigration and citizenship law. The firm assists more than 100 of the Fortune 500 companies with all their immigration matters in Italy.
